Helium Balloon Mastopexy

The Helium Balloon Mastopexy was developed by Dr. Pechter to offer a procedure which could lift breasts with any degree of sagging while minimizing risk and scarring. The name comes from the configuration of the closed incisions on the breast as well as the allusion to the lifting of the breasts. The procedure can be performed in our office operating suite with or without the placement of breast implants, with breast implant exchange or removal, or even with liposuction breast reduction. The procedure will be published in the May/June 2008 issue of the Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
